Our story
From career events to Cultural Alignment.
SHEXON started with a simple idea: the best way to prepare for a career in a new country is to learn from someone who has already done it. At our career events, international professionals openly share the culture shocks, rejections and lessons behind their careers in the Netherlands.
Those conversations kept pointing to the same thing. Many struggles at work had less to do with skills, and more to do with cultural misunderstandings on both sides: between international colleagues, their managers and their teams.
That is why we now work with companies too. Cultural Alignment helps multicultural teams understand each other on purpose, so international colleagues, their managers and their teams can do their best work together.
