When you send us a message or book a conversation

What
Your name and email address, your company and role if you give them, and what you tell us in your message.
Why
To reply to you and, when you book a conversation, to prepare an honest conversation about your team.
Basis
Our legitimate interest in answering requests, and taking steps at your request before an agreement.
Kept
Up to 24 months after our last contact, unless we start working together.

When your company shows interest in an event

What
Your name, work email, company, role, how many international employees you have and, if you like, how you would like to take part.
Why
To contact you about the event and how your company can take part.
Basis
Your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Kept
Until the event has taken place and we have contacted you, or until you ask us to delete it, and no longer than 24 months.

When you sign up for our events as a talent

What
Your name, email and situation (student, recent graduate, junior or experienced) and, if you like, your city and country and your field of study or work.
Why
To add you to our mailing list and send you updates about our events.
Basis
Your consent. You can withdraw it at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email.
Kept
Until you unsubscribe.

When you join the Launchino waitlist

What
Your email address, and your name if you give it.
Why
To tell you when Launchino opens.
Basis
Your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Kept
Until you unsubscribe, or until the waitlist is no longer needed.

When you visit this website

What
Technical data such as your IP address and browser type, recorded by our hosting provider in server logs.
Why
To keep the site secure and working.
Basis
Our legitimate interest in running a secure website.
Kept
As long as our hosting provider keeps its standard logs.

Who processes your data for us

We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising.

Cookies

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. If you press play on a video, YouTube may place its own cookies. If we add analytics or other cookies later, we will ask for your permission first and describe them here.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the data we have about you, correct it, delete it, limit how we use it, or send it to you in a usable format. You can also object to our use of it, and withdraw consent whenever you like. Just email us and we will answer within one month.

You also have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
